Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.
Today's question is:
Yep. Okay. So, the question was, can recalibrations be done on the road as well as in shop? And the answer to that is yes. So, dynamic recalibrations, obviously, we can do those anywhere. We can do them, you know, around the shop, we can do them at customers houses, but static recalibrations, the ones where we have to set up the target stands and the lasers and everything. We prefer to do it in a shop just because it's a controlled environment, but they can absolutely be done on a customer's site. You know, if they've got a a good garage with a little bit of room or enough room in front of the house or um you know, just an adequate space for us to get set up in. But uh yeah, they can absolutely be done on site.
Magnatech Autoglass confirmed that windshield recalibrations can be performed both on the road and in-shop. Dynamic recalibrations can be done anywhere, including at customers' homes, while static recalibrations, which require target stands and lasers, are preferred in a shop due to the controlled environment but can be done on-site if adequate space is available
