Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.
Today's question is:
So the advice that I'm going to give you on behalf of Magnetch can be used year round, but it is going to be particularly pertinent over the next couple months because of the holidays coming up. So number one, do not leave anything that looks like it's valuable in your vehicle. If if a person can see in your vehicle and they see a bag down, it could be a laptop bag. They could see chargers, Apple chargers going through the car, you know, if your uh cup holders overflowing with $1 bills and change right there. Those are all quick and easy grabs. It takes less than a second to get into your vehicle, reach in and grab that duffel bag you got in the back. It could be gym socks. They don't know. It could have a laptop, a checkbook, your wallet in, you know, there's tons of things that can be um taken out of the vehicle and will lessen your chance of being broken into.
Magnatech Autoglass advised against leaving visible valuables in a vehicle to prevent break-ins and vandalism. They emphasized that items like laptop bags, chargers, or even change in cup holders can tempt thieves, as it takes very little time for them to grab such items
