Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.
Today's question is:
A lot of people hear “aftermarket” and assume that means low quality, but that’s not how glass works in the real world. The glass we install is DOT approved, and it’s used every day in normal replacements. OEM is an option, and some customers prefer it, but safety-wise, aftermarket glass is not automatically “worse.” The important thing is that the glass is approved and installed correctly. So if you’re deciding between OEM and aftermarket, it should be based on preference and the specific situation—not fear that aftermarket is unsafe.
